1. Our Refund Commitment
At Nellai Nexus Booking, we strive to deliver 100% customer satisfaction for every family celebration and Courtallam vacation. We understand that unforeseen events and shifting Muhurtham timings happen. We maintain a fair, structured refund and cancellation policy designed to balance flexibility for families while honoring commitments to local artisan masters, chefs, and property owners.
2. Cancellation Schedules & Refund Percentages
A. Courtallam Waterfall Cottages & Resort Stays
- • 7 or more days prior to check-in: 80% refund of the total advance paid (20% retained as property reservation fee).
- • Between 3 to 7 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of the advance deposit.
- • Less than 72 hours / Same day / No-show: Non-refundable, as the room/cottage was exclusively blocked and denied to other vacationers.
B. Weddings, Ceremonies & Traditional Mandapam Events
- • 30 or more days before Muhurtham date: 75% refund of the advance token, or 100% free date-shift to another available auspicious date within 6 months.
- • 15 to 30 days before event date: 50% refund of the advance.
- • Less than 15 days before event date: Non-refundable for catering and floral decor advances, as wholesale procurement of fresh flowers, banana leaves, ghee, groceries, and artisan retains are already finalized.
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Once a cancellation request is approved by our concierge team:
- Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of approval.
- The credited amount will reflect in your bank account / card / UPI within 5 to 7 working business days, depending on your bank's settlement cycle.
- All refunds are made strictly via the original mode of payment used during the initial transaction.
