1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nellai Nexus Booking (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website (nellainexusbooking.com) or booking any service, cottage reservation, banquet hall, catering package, or artisan service through our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Nellai Nexus Booking operates as an event planning concierge and booking platform connecting customers with verified local service providers across Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Thoothukudi, and surrounding districts in Tamil Nadu. Our offerings include:

• Luxury Courtallam waterfall cottages, resort rooms, and holiday home reservations.
• Marriage hall (Kalyana Mandapam) coordination and stage floral decoration.
• Traditional banana leaf catering (Nellaiappar Sodhi Virundhu, Brahmin Sathvik, and Non-Veg feasts).
• Traditional wedding rituals management (Senior Vadhyars, Hereditary Nadaswaram troupes, Goldsmith Ear Piercing).
• Candid wedding photography, 4K videography, lighting, and sound arrangements.

3. Payment Terms, Token Advance & Quotations

To confirm any event reservation or cottage stay, the following payment policies apply:

• Initial Token Advance: An initial advance deposit (typically 20% to 35% of the total estimated invoice) is required to block dates with halls, resort properties, and master artisans.
• Currency & Payment Methods: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments can be completed safely via approved online payment gateways (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) or verified direct NEFT/RTGS bank transfers.
• Milestone Payments for Weddings: For major celebrations, 50% of the remaining balance is payable 7 to 14 days prior to the event date, and the final settlement is due on or immediately after the event conclusion.
• Taxes & Statutory Charges: All prices are subject to applicable GST and statutory levies as governed by the laws of India.

5. Customer Conduct & Venue Rules

Customers booking resort cottages or marriage halls agree to abide by the respective property’s house rules. Any damage caused to property, audio equipment, furniture, or botanical gardens during ceremonies will be evaluated and charged directly to the booking host. Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport) is mandatory for all adults checking into Courtallam cottages.

6. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

Nellai Nexus Booking shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing event arrangements arising from natural calamities, heavy floods, severe Western Ghats landslides, government restrictions, temple festival curfews, or unforeseen acts of God beyond reasonable control. In such events, we will make every earnest effort to reschedule or accommodate alternative dates.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to our platform or bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India.
